General Manager/ Board member/  Co Owner

Kjetil holds the position as General Manager in Innowind AS. He has almost 30 years experience within Oil and Gas Business from, Heerema, FMC and Seadrill to lately AS Norske Shell. He has been involved on all areas of the energy business, from technology to finalize huge project within energy sector.

Johannes Waarseth-Junge

 

Technical manager/ Board member/ Co Owner

Johannes is the enthusiastic mind behind the technological innovation. His engineering background is primary within Aerospace, Aeriton Aircraft AS, and Energy, Oil/Gas from SSI, Statoil ASA and Oilfield Technology Group. Currently he works as technical manager in Innowind, and Consultant within Oil/gas sector

Laila has extensive management background from General Electric (GE) and Statoil ASA. Her main experience is strategic work in organizational analyzes, due diligence processes. Currently her position is head of profiling and recruitment in Statoil ASA

Arlin has an extensive experience from both Oil and gas industry  (Statoil ASA), but also from Aerospace and finance/banking sector from GE Capital, SpareBank 1. Mainly her experience is within compliance area. She currently works within the  banking sector
